He highlighted Franklin’s downtown retail and adaptive reuse projects and a Williamson County Schools Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center; Bell also described Murfreesboro’s experience relocating its city hall and expanding development steps several blocks off the historic square.
City leaders present praised the research focus and encouraged staff to capture specific questions and desired outcomes to guide meetings with host communities. Bell asked council members to consider attending and to send topics they want the delegation to explore.
