Committee approves new closed‑captioning/indexing platform; IT says integration with town system required sole‑source rationale

Pesenko and another staff member explained the purchase was justified as sole‑source because the town already uses the platform, and the district needs compatibility for indexing and accessibility features. The committee approved the purchase by voice vote.
