The adjournment came after the clerk opened the board for attendance, instructed members to check in at their desks, then closed the board and tallied attendance. During the session a House member announced that a quorum was not present; the presiding officer then directed that the House stand adjourned until the date and time stated.

Those notices were entered into the record during the brief session.
Because the House did not reach a quorum, no substantive debate or floor votes were taken before adjournment. Pending items announced or introduced during the roll call and clerical business will be addressed at future meetings or in committee, as appropriate.
