Staff said the plat aligns the new lot with surrounding setbacks and provides a 15-foot utility easement on three sides; the applicant confirmed the existing house needs repair and that the property had not been previously platted. Staff recommended approval; commissioners voted 9-0 to approve the preliminary and final plats subject to specified stipulations.
Vote details: preliminary plat PLT2025-29 approved 9-0 (stipulation A). Final plat PLT2025-30 approved 9-0 (stipulations A–C).
