The Planning Commission on Aug. 11 approved the revised preliminary plat PLT2025-17 (Mill at Riverstone) for the southern portion of the Riverstone development.
Staff explained the revision covers the southern tract and proposes 171 lots and 21 tracts for open space and landscape areas; the plat dedicates creekside land as part of a future public trail and includes sidewalks along required streets. Staff recommended approval subject to stipulations A through V. The applicant (Phelps Engineering) indicated concurrence with the stipulations. Commissioner Reyes moved approval; the commission voted 9-0.
Vote details: motion to approve PLT 2025-17 with stipulations A–V passed 9-0.
