The action came after a public speaker, David Colantes, described being “confronted, stalked, and attacked” in April 2025 while showing commercial property in Grand Prairie and urged the council to remove Del Bosque from boards and committees while the criminal case proceeds. “No citizen should be hunted down and hurt by someone sworn to serve their community,” Colantes said.
