The board also approved the benefits committeeand IBB team recommendation on insurance renewals and the defined contribution amounts for health insurance for the Jan. 1, 2026 benefit year. Director of finance Pam Kelly said the recommended Blue Cross Blue Shield renewal carries an approximate 11.5% increase; dental renewal with Delta Dental carries a 5% increase. The board approved the renewals and the committeeIBB recommendation 7-0.
Other routine board approvals that passed 7-0 included board committee assignments and the board workshop topics for a Sept. 29 session. The meeting concluded with a unanimous motion to adjourn.
