The commission voted to adopt on second reading an amendment to the Planned Unit Development (PUD) covering 1500 Arapahoe Avenue (the southern portion of the Shipyards project). The item that amended the PUD text for tree removal and mitigation passed on roll call; Barbara Blonder recorded a “no” vote while other commissioners voted “yes.”
