Director Hlavacek also presented four landowner agreements tied to Unit 5. She named the property owners as Barry Hopkins (listed in the assessor's records at 445 Allen), Steve Sanhau, Bob Tucker and Anna Loper; the board moved, seconded and approved those agreements.
Separately, Hlavacek asked the board to add 19.9 acres to East McCall Unit 4. She said adding the acreage would keep the total contract price under the county's $75,000 threshold for the competitive bidding process and estimated the revised contract total at $59,700. The board moved, seconded and approved the amendment.
