The Cottage Grove City Council on Oct. 15 approved a replat and related easement vacations for the Cottage Grove Logistics Park (Northpointe), clearing the way for more clearly defined lots and to consolidate stormwater and parking infrastructure for existing buildings.
Emily Schmitz, community development director, told the council the project cleans up lot lines created during earlier phases, shifts lot lines so stormwater ponds and parking are contained on single lots, and removes standard 10-foot drainage and utility easements where necessary.
