Matthew Julian, project manager for the City of Navasota, told the City Council that multiple infrastructure projects are progressing but face separate scheduling and utility constraints.
Julian said the developer has not provided permanent power for a subdivision project, leaving four outstanding items that prevent the contractor Weisinger from finishing work. "We do not have power yet from the developer on-site to finish up the work that Weisinger needs to do," Julian said. Staff is seeking cost estimates to install temporary power if the developer does not supply it.
