City staff briefed the council on an administrative ownership transfer request for retail liquor license No. 22 at a Sheridan City Council study session on Aug. 25, 2025.
Presenter Ashley (role: license transfer representative) said the requested transfer is an ownership change from Bordello LLC to Bordello Market Inc. and that the new owners do not propose operational changes. Ashley added that, if the transfer is approved, the licensee must still go through the standard renewal process.
The mayor and council treated the matter as an administrative item; no substantive concerns were raised during the study session. Staff included application materials in the meeting packet and said they were available for council review.
Ending: Staff will complete the administrative review and present any necessary formal action at the appropriate council meeting or during the licensing renewal process.
