The Planning Commission recommended approval of the H H H Ranch Metropolitan Districts Nos. 1–3 service plan (ID 254) by a 6-0 vote during the Aug. 21 meeting. Staff (Carrie Parsons) said the item was pulled from the consent calendar previously but no members of the public asked to speak; the applicant presented the plan and commissioners heard no substantive opposition on the record.
A motion to recommend approval in accordance with the attached resolution (with stated conditions and notation) passed, and the item will be forwarded to the Board of County Commissioners for final action.
