- Fiscal Year 2026 budget publication (high watermark estimate): Approved. Council approved publication of the budget estimate that sets the high watermark for legal advertising prior to the August 19 public hearing on the actual budget.
- Memorandum of Understanding with Post Falls School District No. 273: Approved. Council approved an updated MOU formalizing scheduling, prioritized use, cost‑sharing for maintenance and other operational details between city parks/recreation and the school district.
Several consent‑calendar items were also approved by roll call. The council did not take formal action on several citizen requests during the meeting but asked staff to follow up and to schedule workshops on two policy areas: area‑of‑city‑impact application and subdivision/HOA enforcement processes.
