Planning director Jeff Triesenberg told council the contiguous annexation petition (ANX‑24‑20) covers 100.11 acres in southeast Garner near South Garner High School and several established subdivisions. He said the zoning for the project was approved previously as CZMP‑23‑04 on Oct. 22, 2024.
