Staff said the applicant for the Brewery Neighborhood Improvement District No. 1 requested more time; the commission took a motion to hold consideration until September. The motion was seconded and the chair called the question; commissioners responded “Aye.”
The hold means the commission will not make a formal finding or vote on the application at this meeting. The item will return to a future meeting when the applicant provides the additional materials requested by staff.
The request was procedural and no technical determinations were made about design compatibility at Monday’s meeting.
