Pitkin County commissioners approved an ordinance exercising the county’s right of first refusal to purchase 86 Hideaway Lane in Glenwood Springs.
Housing analyst Andrew Miller told the board staff filed a timely inspection objection and requested a modest credit of $4,800 from the seller to address inspection items. If the seller accepts that credit, Miller said the purchase price and the county’s total contribution figures will be reduced by that amount; the closing remains scheduled for Aug. 11.
No members of the public spoke during the public hearing portion. Commissioners voted to proceed and adopt the ordinance exercising the right of first refusal.
