The council passed second-reading ordinances and final-passage resolutions for projects identified in the meeting as located at 80–84 East 20th Street (Block 442 Lot 14), 211–217 Broadway (Block 305), 474–476 Broadway (Block 205 Lot 10.01), 470–476 Broadway (Block 205 Lot 1.01), 155 Goldsboro Drive (Block 790 Lot 1.01) and 110 Goldsboro Drive (Block 722 Lot 1). Another ordinance adopted a redevelopment plan for Block 85 Lot 23 (identified as 8935–939 Broadway).
