The board opened the item for public testimony, heard none and returned to board discussion before taking the vote.
A motion to approve second reading, public hearing and adoption passed unanimously; the board chair directed staff to record the adopted revisions and implement them according to policy timelines.
Board member Mister Doran thanked administration and staff for incorporating the edits discussed at first reading; Mister Doran and others said the rewording improved clarity. Miss Richardson called the roll; the vote was recorded as unanimous.
