Muskego council approves several consent items, ordinance and vouchers in unanimous roll calls

At its Sept. 9 meeting the Muskego Common Council approved a consent package including a certified survey map and final plat (the latter with conditions), appointed a library board member, passed a zoning ordinance on second reading and approved multiple voucher and wire transfer payments; all recorded votes were unanimous.
The Muskego City Common Council on Sept. 9 approved multiple consent and new-business items in unanimous roll-call votes.
Consent agenda items approved included the common council minutes from Aug. 26 and Resolution 0552025 approving a one-lot certified survey map for Scardino Slash Borer. Two items were pulled for discussion (the final plat for Kirkland Crossing and the library board appointment); the council approved the final plat (Resolution 0562025) with conditions (see separate story) and later approved Resolution 0572025 appointing a citizen member to the library board.
In new business the council approved Ordinance 15-04, an amendment to the zoning map and 2020 comprehensive plan from I-1 to RS-2 for Bloom Court on second reading. The ordinance was moved and seconded and passed without discussion.
The council also approved several payments: general fund vouchers totaling $219,828.55, utility vouchers totaling $17,106.86, and wire transfers for payroll and invoice transmitters totaling $473,118.47. Each financial item was recommended for approval, moved, seconded and approved by voice vote.
All roll-call votes reported on record showed unanimous "yes" votes from the alderpersons present: Wolf, Hamill, Decker, Bryce, Schrader and Madden. Alderson Dahlgi was recorded absent for the meeting.
