The Planning Commission took multiple final actions and recommendations during its Sept. 9 meeting. Below is a concise list of each item discussed that recorded a formal motion or direction. Items not discussed substantively (ceremonial or procedural) are omitted.

- Minutes (08/12/2025): Motion to approve the minutes carried (final action).
- Housekeeping and holds: The commission approved a motion to hold items 13 and 14 to Oct. 14; table item 15; strike item 16a; hold item 17 and item 27 to Oct. 14; strike item 33b; and hold items 18a and 18b to Oct. 14. (Motion carried.)
- "One motion, one vote" items (items 9through 12): After pulling item 8 for separate public hearing, the commission approved items 9 through 12 on a single motion. Each item is final action unless appealed to the City Clerk within 10 days.
