Board members also discussed a time constraint because the project is grant-funded; one supervisor said the county faced a choice to decide at the meeting or risk losing the grant. After an amendment to remove language described in the motion as “the 2 spots versus optional,” the board voted to accept the grant for replacement of three chargers as amended.
