Guadalupe County commissioners on July 22 were updated on a diagnostic report assessing the county's subdivision regulations and discussed next steps, including consultant meetings, public comment and a proposed workshop to review highlights.
County staff member Barry Black told the court the county posted the diagnostic report prepared by consultant Friese & Nichols on the county website and that it incorporates prior triage work completed through May 27. "It's out on the website now," Black said, directing interested parties to the home page and the subdivision regulations link.
