Mount Lebanon superintendent reports steady progress on strategic plan; online dashboard launched

Mount Lebanon School District Superintendent Dr. Fries updated the Mount Lebanon Board of School Directors Monday, Oct. 20, on the district’s 2025–26 strategic plan, reporting that a new online dashboard is live and that the district has four completed tactics, 27 in progress and one not started.
Dr. Fries said the dashboard on the district website will be updated monthly and lists each tactic’s status, due date, notes and last update. "As of today, there are 4 that are complete, 27 that are in progress, and 1 that has not been started yet," she told the board.
