The Rockingham County Planning Board on Oct. 13 approved its 2026 meeting schedule and adopted final legal language for the special-use permit related to a previously approved cell tower.
Staff included the proposed 2026 calendar in the packet and noted application deadlines and Board of Commissioners meeting dates. The board voted to approve the schedule.
Separately, the board approved "order 10, 2025," the final language for the special-use permit tied to a cell tower matter the board approved at its August meeting. Planning staff said the vote was a routine step to finalize the legal language used in special-use permits.
Both motions carried after the usual motion/second and voice votes. The board adjourned following approval of the orders.
