Board fills officer posts for 2025–26 term; debate on moving regular start time to 7 p.m. continues

The Warren Zoning Board of Appeals elected officers for the 2025–26 term during new-business items at its Sept. 10 meeting and debated whether to move the board’s regular start time from 7:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
