Ada County commissioners authorized the final plat for the Starry Night Subdivision (project number 202400193-S) on Sept. 20, approving a three-lot residential subdivision that converts a 16-acre parcel into three roughly 5-acre lots.
Planning staff told the board the final plat had been reviewed and complied with applicable county and state conditions of approval; the site contains existing homes and the plat will create two additional home sites. Planning staff recommended the board authorize the chairman to sign and stamp the final plat.
A motion to authorize the final plat and to allow the chairman to sign the final document passed by voice vote with no recorded opposition. The board did not attach additional conditions beyond those already required in staff review and approval.
