Grover Beach earns GFOA certificate for excellence in financial reporting

“We were in the top 2% for financial reporting,” Flores said, noting the recognition reflects the city’s commitment to transparency and accuracy in financial reporting.
Council members thanked the finance department for the work and for making the report accessible to the public. Flores noted that staff are available for questions and that the ACFR is posted online.
