The realtor said the sale of the property is contingent on the board approval.
Board members reviewed on‑site parking availability and noted the existing parking pad and a driveway that would serve the two units; the board emphasized the need to avoid blocking sidewalks. No neighbors spoke in opposition during the record. A motion to approve the conversion passed unanimously with board votes recorded as yes from Mr. Gattens, Mr. D'Antona, Mr. Welby and Mr. McDermott.
The board noted that the owner or buyer must complete the front‑door installation and ensure the parking configuration complies with city rules before occupancy or transfer.
