Commissioners asked whether the 0.86 position was new and whether there was a local match obligation. Huberty told the board the 0.86 was not a new position and that the grant requires no local match. She described the home team’s work as trust‑based outreach that results in housing placements over time and noted the team’s performance measures showing contacts and placements.
The human services consent items (H‑1 and H‑2) were moved and approved as part of the human services consent agenda.
