Stearns County held a public hearing and approved an off‑sale intoxicating liquor license application for Trail Ends LLC, which operates as Trail Ends Bar and Grill in Brockway Township.
Sierra Lourdeski, office services supervisor, said the hearing was conducted per Minnesota statute 34A.405(d) for an off‑sale application submitted on behalf of Tina Curtis. Lourdeski told the board Trail Ends Bar and Grill previously operated as Bianca’s Bar and Store and had held on‑sale and off‑sale intoxicating liquor licenses. Staff reported the off‑sale license fee was paid and that the application had received county attorney and sheriff approval. The required public notice appeared in the Cold Spring Record; staff said no correspondence had been received prior to the hearing and no members of the public spoke at the meeting.
Commissioner Persky moved approval of the license application; the motion was seconded and approved by the board. County staff will issue the license and update county records.
Why it matters: The approval permits off‑sale sales at the Brockway Township establishment; staff confirmed required local reviews and fee payment. The on‑sale license had previously been renewed for the current licensing period.
Provenance: County staff opened and closed the public hearing and presented the application and approvals on the record.
