Planning board continues hearing for 165 Endicott signage waiver to Sept. 9

A signage‑waiver application for 165 Endicott Street, filed by AM 15 Management LLC and the tenant Kelly’s Roast Beef, was continued by the Danvers Planning Board to the Sept. 9, 2025 meeting at the applicant’s request.
Applicant counsel Nancy McCann asked the board to continue the public hearing to allow the project team to coordinate the proposed freestanding sign location with a new traffic signal mast arm that may be installed on the opposite side of Endicott Street. The board moved and seconded a continuance and voted by roll call: Jean Hartnett, Jim Sears, Tim Spiddle, Michael Decoulis and Chair Louis George all voted yes.
The continuance allows the applicant to examine whether the proposed freestanding sign conflicts with the signal mast arm placement and return with any adjustments.
