Board members emphasized that the extension should be the final one and asked staff to ensure compliance within the extension period. The board voted unanimously to grant the 30-day extension and noted that follow-up will include confirming that required plantings were installed and that debris removal near the waterway was completed.
Next steps: the applicant must submit revised site plans and confirm completion of outstanding planting and site remediation items within 30 days or face enforcement action.
