The City of Colleyville Planning and Zoning Commission received an update on a proposed rezoning at 8086 Precinct Line Road that would revise an existing PUDC to allow a membership-based car club.
Staff told commissioners the case had been tabled at the prior Planning and Zoning meeting and that the applicant has not yet submitted updated site and façade plans. Staff said it expects resubmittal by Aug. 1 to meet the Aug. 11 agenda deadline. City engineering flagged drainage as a significant unresolved issue; staff said engineering has not been able to review because no site plan was submitted.
Staff also reported that, since mailed notices were distributed, the office has received no notices of opposition. Commissioners asked that staff verify drainage information and said they would request that the applicant table again if resubmitted materials are insufficient for full review.
No vote or formal action was recorded at the work session.
