County planners report progress on TOD station‑area plans and list 16 Metro Rail transit‑oriented projects

Francisco Arbelaez of the Department of Transportation and Public Works said the South Corridor TOD master plan has an approximate budget of $1,300,000 (FTA grant with local PTP match), is about 87–89% complete and is expected to wrap up by fall; staff held three community meetings, completed roughly 45 interviews and collected about 200 survey responses.
