Glendale council rescinds June award for Glorietta Park tennis contract, directs new RFP after lawsuit

The Glendale City Council on Sept. 30 voted to rescind its June 10 award of a five‑year contract to operate the tennis courts at Glorietta Park and directed staff to revise and reissue the request for proposals (RFP) after a lawsuit by competing bidder Hard 8 Inc.
