- Resolution authorizing cross appeals (centrally assessed properties): The commission approved Resolution No. O-8-19-2025-R1 authorizing county counsel to allow Thomas Peters of Peters and Scofield to file cross appeals in four centrally assessed property tax appeals filed in 2025. - Policy 8-40 amendment (Information Technology steering committee): Commissioners approved an amendment to Policy 8-40 to add Karen England as a steering committee member representing the library and to clarify an appeals timeline (request for appeal must be made to the committee chair within two weeks of the decision). - Contract award: The commission approved the award of the UC-25-15-2025 chip seal and painting contract to Holbrook Asphalt for $2,626,000 (see separate article).
