City attorney Nick Manley told the board the public-records policy was revised to align with state law and had been reviewed by the Ethics Commission; the board approved it so it may be implemented for the new term. The employee handbook and procedures manual, consolidated and updated from revisions during the prior four years, were approved to codify existing practices for the new term.
