Temporary alcohol beverage license — The council approved a temporary (picnic) alcohol license for the Onalaska High School Alumni Association for an all-class reunion at the DASH Center, 515 Quincy Street, on Saturday, Oct. 11, from 4 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. The motion to approve was made by Alder Steven Knott, seconded by Alder Mike Milke, and passed unanimously.
Closed session on litigation — The council voted by roll call to convene in closed session under section 19.85(1)(g) of the Wisconsin state statutes to confer with legal counsel about litigation concerning fire vehicle pricing. Motion to go into closed session was made by Alder Steven Knott and seconded by Alder Larry Jurasic. Roll-call votes were recorded as aye and the council entered closed session at 7:44 p.m.
All recorded motions on the consent and non-consent items passed without recorded opposition.
