Following the emergency resolutions, the South Lebanon City Council voted to approve city invoices and the minutes of prior meetings and then adjourned the Sept. 4 regular meeting.
Council member Lisa Feder moved to approve invoices; Linda Combs seconded. Recorded votes were affirmative for Linda Allen, Brenda Combs, Lisa Feder, Council member Better, and Council member Spicer; the motion carried.
Council member Linda Allen moved to approve the minutes as written; Lisa Feder seconded. The motion passed with recorded affirmative votes from the same voting members. For the good of the order, there were brief remarks thanking city employees and mentioning upcoming events; the mayor then called for a motion to adjourn. A motion to adjourn was made and the meeting was adjourned by unanimous voice vote.
