The Tullahoma Board of Mayor and Aldermen on Sept. 8 approved a package of ordinances, appointments and routine approvals, voting unanimously on each item during a meeting in City Hall.
The board adopted Ordinance No. 1660 to amend the city’s zoning ordinance to add “Specialty Shop” as a permitted use upon review in certain commercial districts and passed Ordinance No. 1661 to create a new Chapter 9 in Title 9 of the Tullahoma Municipal Code establishing rules for specialty shops. Both ordinances passed on second and final reading, 6-0.
