Commissioners discussed existing lot patterns on nearby streets and whether the southern lot was intended for future development; Maron said the likely outcome is to sell the lots and that the existing home would remain on the corner lot. A commissioner noted similar approvals across Fourteenth Street in prior years.
A motion to approve the administrative subdivision was made, seconded and carried by roll call. The planning staff confirmed the lot-line clean-up will create parcels consistent with surrounding development patterns.
