The council appointed Ryan Miller to the Parks and Recreation Board with a term ending June 30, 2030. The council recorded a motion (moved by Fritz, second by Lowe) and a roll‑call vote in which Councilmember Fritz, Councilmember Lowe, Councilmember McLaughlin and Councilmember Maneta voted yes. City staff told Miller to arrange an oath of office with the city clerk.
