The board approved payroll for the weeks ending July 6, 2025 ($203,136.31) and July 13, 2025 ($437,669.70) and the accounts-payable voucher register dated July 22, 2025, as listed on the consent agenda. The consent list also included approval of a variance request for Firefly Rental LLC, a set of master service agreements (Exhibit E), an equipment and service proposal with Alpha Laser and Imaging, and an American Water Works Association (AWWA) compensation salary adjustment for Evansville Water and Sewer Utility positions.
Board President called for a motion to approve the consent agenda; a motion and second were made and the board approved the package by voice vote.
The consent-approval vote concluded routine items so the board could proceed to new business, including separate agenda items on meter testing contracts, an easement settlement and a sewer lining change order.
The next board meeting is scheduled for Aug. 5, 2025, at 3 p.m. at the Sunrise Pump Station, the president said.
