On the opioid MOUs, commissioners said they wanted additional documentation and legal review. One commissioner asked to sit down with the district attorney and tabled the item for one week to allow review of timelines and supporting materials.
Separately, county grant consultant Gabrielle Perry said the OVW proposal had been submitted for board approval and that updated fringe-benefit percentages from the county’s payroll office had increased fringe benefits by roughly $25,000, bringing fringe totals to just over $226,000 in the grant budget. The board approved submission of the finalized OVW application on roll call.
