Staff offered to host meetings and to post minutes on the town website; they also said some training and individual support would be provided to commissioners to access OneDrive and upload PDFs for public posting.
Commissioners asked practical questions about who would upload minutes and whether PDFs could be posted directly from OneDrive; staff said PDFs can be saved and uploaded to the public site and offered to provide the needed credentials and training.
