Staff presented the requested purchase orders as budgeted items. A motion to approve the Isuzu dump truck quote from TransSource for $78,960.50 carried unanimously. The council then approved a quote for a Ford F‑150 pickup from Cooper Ford for $59,378; council members noted the existing F‑150 was a 2015 model with more than 100,000 miles.
Both motions were moved and seconded by council members and passed on unanimous voice votes. Manager Gannell noted the pickup came in below the budgeted amount.
The approved purchases were described by staff as replacements and budgeted items; no additional amendments to the budget were proposed at the meeting.
