Commissioners voted to issue the RFQ so bids can be received and evaluated.
In separate votes, the board approved reappointing Greg Cloud to seat No. 2 of the Tri County Airport Authority for a three-year term beginning Oct. 1, accepted the annual operating-plan renewal between the county, the U.S. Forest Service and Holmes County Volunteer Fire Department, and authorized a two-year AD&D insurance policy through the underwriting company identified in the packet (annual two-year premium of $1,187 with an annual installment option).
