Cutler Bay begins phased Tyler ERP rollout funded by ARPA, go‑lives staggered through 2026

The Town of Cutler Bay has launched a multi‑phase implementation of a cloud‑based enterprise resource planning (ERP) system from Tyler Technologies, a principal consultant told the council on June 18.

Adrian Esquivel of TechPerk, the town’s implementation consultant, said the project replaces the legacy Eden system and will provide online permitting, bill pay, asset management, parks and recreation functionality and a modernized finance platform. “This new system allows residents to submit permits, pay bills, request services, and view their account information entirely online,” Esquivel said.

Esquivel summarized completed tasks — project kickoff, governance framework and finance‑module assessment — and described the phased schedule: Phase 1 (financials) began in April and targets a July 2026 go‑live for finance; Phase 2 (enterprise permitting and licensing) starts next month with a target go‑live in July 2026; Phases 3 and 4 (asset management and parks/rec) begin in September and run into 2026. The consultant said the project is being executed to meet ARPA funding timelines and will be managed through a governance structure led by the town manager and administrative services director.
