Frangill Road improvements: two work zones open and drainage work ongoing; schedule extended to Sept. 2026

Public‑information staff said door‑to‑door outreach has focused on the lateral streets impacted by the next phase. The town’s consultant reported three official rain days credited to the contractor because wet weather suspended work; a time extension was granted to accommodate unanticipated underground utility conflicts and inclement weather. Current project duration as reported is July 2024 to September 2026.
